The W113 is a two-seated cabriolet from Mercedes Benz, which was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1963. In the first year, 1.465 cars were positioned in the market.
The “Pagode” that we are offering is according to its’ car serial number 000745 the 745th vehicle. Among experts, especially the vehicles of the first and last generation have the most stable value.
The nickname “Pagode” results from its’ inward arched Hardtop. The “Pagode” has been constructed 48.912 times up to the year 1971.
The here offered “Pagode” 230 SL is from the year 1963 with a standing spare wheel and was just recently completely restored. The vehicle was completely disassembled and a new paint system was applied to the car body. Engine, transmission gear and the electrical system were entirely dissembled, over- worked and then expertly reassembled. The interior trim is completely renewed and armed with leather seats. The vehicle is in an excellent condition.
After the restoration the vehicle solely drove 50km. Moreover, a valuation with the grade 1 confirms the flawless condition of the “Pagode”.
